3. Is this real gold used on the jewelry ?

We use 14k Yellow gold plating or White gold plating or rose gold plating. We do not mention anywhere about using real gold in our jewelry.

4. Is this real diamond jewelry ?

We use lab created diamonds and fine quality stones in all our jewelry. Its mentioned in each item description.

5. What ring size should I go for ?

We understand how tricky it can be choosing the correct ring size when ordering online so we have a handy ring size guide to help you.

6. Is all the jewelry custom made ?

All our jewelry is hand made on order. White we also stock a few most sellable items like studs etc.

7. I want to gift this jewelry to someone, do you have a gift option ?

All our jewelry comes packed in a customized gift box.

8. Do I need to pay the shipping charges ?

All our jewelry is shipped FREE worldwide.

9. How do I know if my order was successful ?

if you have placed an order successfully then you will receive a confirmation email containing all the relevant details. you can also view the status of all of your orders under account ->  my orders.

10. When should I expect my order to arrive ?

It takes 1-2 weeks to make the item and then about 3-9 working days to get it delivered (depending on the location)

11. Can I return the item if I do not like ?

As the jewelry is hand made on order, we do not accept returns However if there is an major issue such as ill fitting or damaged piece, we may consider it. Plz contact us through email.  Please read our Return Policies.

12. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 48 hours. We will refund you the  amount within 7 business days, deducting  5% cancellation fees. Please read our delivery and returns policy.
